Par cet acte, M. Diallo est promu au poste d\u2019ambassadeur extraordinaire et pl\u00e9nipotentiaire de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e \u00e0 Washington.<\/p>\n

\u200bIl s’agit d’une \u00e9volution naturelle pour ce diplomate qui connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 parfaitement les rouages de la chancellerie.
