La situation que nous vivons dans notre pays, c\u2019est qu\u2019il n y m\u00eame pas un fichier propre des partis politiques. Il y a des partis politiques ont disparu \u00e0 la naissance de l\u2019UPR par exemple qui sont encore aujourd\u2019hui des partis politiques. Or, quand il y a dissolution d\u2019un parti politique \u00e0 la faveur de la naissance d\u2019un autre parti, il est interdit que quelqu\u2019un utilise m\u00eame le sigle de ce parti pour se r\u00e9clamer parti politique demain. Mais regardez aujourd\u2019hui ce qui se passe, il y a un v\u00e9ritable assainissement \u00a0d\u2019abord qu\u2019il faille faire. Si on le fait, vous trouvez que le nombre des partis va drastiquement diminuer. Maintenant, on va regarder le fonctionnement de ces partis politiques. Il y a quand m\u00eame ce qui fait d\u2019un parti politique, un parti politique. Le fait d\u2019avoir des repr\u00e9sentants un peu partout \u00e0 travers le pays, le fait d\u2019avoir un compte bancaire, le fait de tenir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des r\u00e9unions. Tout \u00e7a, c\u2019est v\u00e9rifiable, c\u2019est des faits. Je crois que si on proc\u00e8de \u00e0 tout cela, vous trouverez peut \u00eatre que nous avons une dixi\u00e8me de parti v\u00e9ritablement existants en R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e. \u00c7a peut \u00eatre un premier temps ce qu\u2019on peut faire, mais \u00e7a sera difficile qu\u2019un pr\u00e9sident prenne un d\u00e9cret pour dire qu\u2019\u00e0 partir aujourd\u2019hui, la Guin\u00e9e a deux partis politiques.
