C\u2019est le cas du pr\u00e9sident du RRD. Selon Abdoulaye Kourouma la cr\u00e9ation de ces nouvelles communes va permettre \u00e0 ces localit\u00e9 de se doter des infrastructures de base. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cCe qu\u2019il faut retenir par rapport \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation des communes, \u00e7a rentre dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement. Si vous prenez la commune de Ratoma, il y a une grande partie de Ratoma qui n\u2019a d\u2019infrastructures de base.
