Ce dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 5 ans de prison et au paiement d\u2019une amende de 5 milliards de francs guin\u00e9ens.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ch\u00e9rif Bah, qui ne s\u2019est jamais pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 devant la cour pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 selon son avocat, est accus\u00e9 de d\u00e9tournement de deniers publics, d\u2019enrichissement illicite, d\u2019abus, de corruption, de blanchiment de capitaux, de vol et de complicit\u00e9 portant sur un montant de 10 millions de dollars.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dans sa d\u00e9cision, le juge Yacouba Cont\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9venu coupable des faits qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s. En r\u00e9pression, il le condamne \u00e0 5 ans de prison, au paiement d\u2019une amende de 5 milliards de francs guin\u00e9ens et d\u00e9cerne un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat contre lui.
